The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a traditional tenement (a Scottish term
for an apartment block).
There is an entry-phone system to the communal stair.
Free on-street parking is located on Rossie Place and the nearby streets, although
they can be busy.
Heated with thermostatically controlled radiators throughout and instant hot water from combi-boiler located in kitchen.
